The GQA – Independent Swiss Quality Label recognizes and supports efforts that advance transparency, merit, and quality in global higher education. In this context, we are pleased to highlight the latest release from the Quantitative Research Network for Worldwide Rankings (QRNW)—an independent, non-profit international body that has officially published the 2026 edition of its Best Business Schools ranking.
This year’s ranking includes a curated list of the top 100 business schools globally, selected based on a multi-criteria model focused on academic excellence, research, innovation, graduate employability, and international engagement.
Supporting Transparency in Global Education
Although QRNW is not a Swiss institution, its approach aligns with the core values that the GQA promotes through the Swiss Quality Label: independence, accountability, and public trust.
QRNW does not operate commercially and does not charge institutions for inclusion. All rankings are evidence-based and independently verified, providing a trustworthy alternative to advertising-driven listings. Its work is conducted under the umbrella of the European Council of Leading Business Schools (ECLBS), a recognized non-profit body.
Relevance for Swiss-Affiliated Institutions
Several institutions with Swiss presence or partnerships are included in the 2026 top 100 list—further affirming the global visibility of institutions that adhere to clear quality standards. GQA welcomes this recognition and supports all efforts to evaluate educational quality based on substance, not promotion.
GQA’s Ongoing Commitment
As a Swiss-based quality label, GQA supports independent evaluation systems like QRNW that serve the global academic community with integrity. While GQA itself does not publish rankings, we endorse mechanisms that provide students and institutions with fair, credible, and merit-based assessments.
